END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

War of Scales: Echoes of the Dragonlords

This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement” or “EULA”) is a binding legal agreement

between you, the End User, and Crit Hit Ceramics, LLC (“Licensor,

” “We, ” or “Us”) for the

mobile application software War of Scales: Echoes of the Dragonlords (the “Software” or

“Game”), including all associated media, documentation, and online components.

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read,

understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. Grant of License

Crit Hit Ceramics, LLC grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license

to download, install, and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes

on a single device owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with the terms of this

Agreement and any applicable usage rules set forth by the relevant App Store (Apple App

Store, Google Play Store, etc.).

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

Modify, Reverse Engineer, or Decompile: License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute,

transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software. You

may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

Infringe IP: Use the Software to infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights of

Crit Hit Ceramics or any third party.

Circumvent Protection: Attempt to defeat or circumvent any security measures or

usage rules embedded in the Software.

Unauthorized Copying: Make copies of the Software, except for archival or backup

purposes.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

This Agreement is a license, not a sale. Crit Hit Ceramics, LLC retains all ownership of the

Software and reserves all rights not expressly granted to you. The Software is protected by

copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. All trademarks, service marks,graphics, and logos used in connection with the Software are trademarks or registered

trademarks of Crit Hit Ceramics, LLC or its licensors.

4. Third-Party Beneficiary (App Store Requirements)

You acknowledge and agree that the availability of the Software is dependent on the third party

from which you received the Software license, e.g., the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

(each, an “App Store”).

You agree to comply with all applicable App Store terms and conditions.

You acknowledge that this EULA is between you and Crit Hit Ceramics, LLC only, not

with the App Store.

Crit Hit Ceramics, LLC, not the App Store, is solely responsible for the Software and the

content thereof.

The App Store (and its subsidiaries) is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and will

have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA

against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

5. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Crit Hit Ceramics, LLC.

Crit Hit Ceramics, LLC may terminate this Agreement immediately and without prior notice if you

fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of

the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

6. No Warranty

The Software is provided to you “AS IS,

” with all faults and without warranty of any kind. Crit Hit

Ceramics, LLC hereby disclaims all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise,

including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and

non-infringement. Crit Hit Ceramics does not warrant that the Software will meet your

requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Crit Hit Ceramics, LLC be

liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages whatsoever

(including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising

out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Software, regardless of the theory of

liability.

8. Governing LawThis EULA and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to it shall be governed by and

construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without giving effect to any

choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
